Wait, really?
That was my reaction when a girl on my hall shouted out that Osama Bin Laden had been killed.
Total disbelief.
After that, concern. What happens now? Are we still at war? What about his followers? In the back of my mind millions of questions rushed through like the ticker tape on the bottom of the T.V. screen as I sat with eyes glued to CNN.
What shocked me as much as the death of Bin Laden, was the reaction. People celebrated. The death of this man does not bring back the lives of those lost on 9/11 or throughout this war.
Why are they celebrating?
My mind is still reeling considering the angles, repercussions and complexities that this death not only brings on the United States, but on the world.
