While not the basis of my opinion, this article supports my standing on France’s burqa ban.

Currently under fire: burqas. This traditional Islamic dress has been hotly debated in France since early 2004 and has now been officially outlawed. Reasons cited are the protection of Islamic women as well as security in general, but is this really ok?
